Complaints Procedure

Our aim is always to provide our clients with a professional and confidential service of the highest standard. However, if you feel that we have not met these standards and you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service we have provided, you may do so using the details below.

When we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will investigate your concerns fairly and thoroughly.

We will provide you with a final response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if we have not provided one within 8 weeks, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) free of charge.
